Customs Union: Veterinary Services will create the United Register.

Veterinary Services of the Customs Union countries are going to create joint system of the registration of foreign enterprises for the right of products delivery to the Common Union Market, which is supervised by State Veterinary Inspectorate.

It is supposed that at the basis of the Register of such enterprises will be the lists of enterprises, which should be approved till the date, when Customs Union starts to work, 1st of July of the current year, in order to deliver the production to the territory of Russia and Byelorussia.

Inclusion of additional enterprises to the Register will be realized according to the results of their inspection by specialists of national veterinary services of Customs Union’s countries on initiative of any of them. Meanwhile, any of veterinary services of Customs Union’s countries has the right to refuse to take part at any concrete control actions, delegating its right to be controlled by other its participant.

Meanwhile, the Register can be enlarged at the cost of inclusion of enterprises into it, against security of veterinary service of country-supplier after agreement with veterinary services of Custom’s Union’s countries.

It was also noticed the importance of participation of Ukraine in the formation of United area of biological safety with countries-participants of Customs Union. According to this, the involvement of Ukraine to integrated information systems "Argus" and "Merkuriy", created by Rosselkhoznadzor (Russian Agriculture Control Department), was considered to be reasonable.
